You can get help and guidance from us in cases concerning the specialist health service (hospitals, psychiatry, alcohol and drugs, patient travel, rehabilitation), the municipal health service (out-of-hours care, GPs, nursing homes, domiciliary nursing) and social services (e.g. adapted housing, individualised services). When we are unable to help you, we can put you in touch with an appropriate contact, such as the county medical officer or NPE - The Norwegian System of Compensation to Patients.

Our office is in the old FFR buliding, now Veolia, at the bus and taxi station by the Hurtigruten quay in the centre of Hammerfest.
